Its been…
too long since I have updated.
Well to summarise what I’ve been doing since my last post? I’ve met up with my parents and saw my little niece for the fist time. Although there were alot of arguments with my parents, I did enjoy those three weeks with them. And that was almost my whole March gone.
I’ve stepped up my game recently and actually did some research on other jobs that I could possibly take up. Lo and behold I got a few, and I’ve spent hours making sure my application to each one of them sounds personalised.
Its quite sad that I’ve taken a step back from archery not going to regular shoots. I’ve been doing some SPT’s half heartily. I do really need to get hold of a job and I think once I have a job in hand, I can slowly sink back into things I enjoy doing most.
Out of the three jobs that I have applied to, I really wish I got the one that would bring me back to where I spent most of my time here in the UK for the past 3 years. My confidence is high but when you know that everything hangs on the balance of someone else, not something else, then its not as high as it can be.
The recent economic downturn may have shut many doors for people. It certainly has shut most of mine. But I do believe people are starting to take a step back or rather hold their step forwards and open their eyes to see how much the world has changed since the last time they took a good look.
I certainly held my feet together and started looking at things. There are some eye opening news showing how messed up our world really is. Others make me marvel at the fact humanity has progressed far in the last decade. I would write my thoughts (based on what I feel and maybe some research, if I have the time) on them in the following days.
Right now, I have still have some archery review to finish up HAHA.
